A face to face or virtual appointment is arranged with Isabella, our founder and head designer, who will guide you through the next stages.

We don't believe in long forms or faceless questionnaires, so after understanding the initial aspirations for your piece, it is time to discuss your design in person and in greater depth with Isabella, whilst also guiding you through the forthcoming stages.

An appointment is arranged either face to face or virtually with Isabella our founder and head designer.

Time to create something magic

With a full mood board and a clear grasp of your ideas, it’s time to get to work.

Isabella presents initial research, early stage design drawings, costing/timescale estimates, and material sourcing options for your consideration before making necessary amendments for the start of the approval phase.

Before we engage our Master Goldsmiths, it is time to agree on our eventual design, materials, timescales and pricing.
It is at this stage that we take our non-refundable deposit, and place orders for our raw materials from our trusted suppliers.

Final approval stage

Using photo-realistic CAD drawings, 3D models and detailed design sketches, our ‘workshop ready’ final design is presented and approved by you.

Located in the heart of London, our team expertly sets, hallmarks, and polishes your one-of-a-kind piece to perfection. From start to finish, we keep you updated with images, videos, and progress reports, allowing you to witness the transformation of your dream piece into a tangible reality.

Signed, sealed and delivered

The big day has come! Your bespoke piece is now ready to be shipped and any remaining balance is paid, and you’ll be able to enjoy your unique handmade jewellery.

From concept to final piece, your love is captured in your forever piece crafted with expertise and devotion in our Gaïa Studio workshop.

Our Master Goldsmith brings your design to life, and your once in a lifetime piece is now a reality. The piece is crafted, set, hallmarked & polished in the heart of London.

Meanwhile, we document all parts of the process within a personalised photobook which details the journey of your design process through to completion of your piece.

During our personal appointments, we liaise with you regarding customising each element of your photobook with any personal anecdotes, quotes, or your own imagery to create something you truly memorable alongside your jewellery.
