Isabella is incredibly good at listening, reassuring you and helping you figure out what you actually want, even when you’re not quite sure how to put it into words yourself.
There are so many decisions when designing an engagement ring, and it can feel quite daunting when you’re trying to choose something you’ll love forever. Isabella gives you all the space to explore different ideas without ever feeling pressured, while also bringing so much expertise and knowledge to the process. We always felt we could ask her absolutely anything, and that we could completely trust her judgement. She also has impeccable taste!
