Gaïa Studio was founded by designer Isabella Bell, with a belief that jewellery should feel deeply personal.

Isabella grew up on the small island of Als, off the coast of Denmark, surrounded by sea, nature, and a sense of simplicity. This early connection continues to shape her work today, expressed through soft, sculptural forms, gentle movement, and a natural sense of balance.
Her fascination with jewellery began early, through her mother’s pieces, not only for their beauty, but for the memories they held. This evolved into a lasting appreciation for antique jewellery and the idea that pieces can carry history, emotion, and meaning across generations.
After moving to London at the age of twenty to study Fashion Styling, Isabella developed a strong visual sensitivity and instinct for personal style.
Today, this forms the foundation of her bespoke approach. Each piece begins with understanding the individual. How they live, what they are drawn to, and how the jewellery will become part of their everyday life.
At the heart of Gaïa Studio is a commitment to creating one-of-a-kind pieces.
Designs are approached with care and intention, often reworking heirloom materials or building entirely new pieces from scratch. There is a natural affinity for antique diamonds and coloured gemstones, though each project is guided entirely by the client and the story behind it.
All pieces are handcrafted in London's Hatton Garden, in close collaboration with a small team of master craftspeople, using responsibly sourced materials including fair-mined gold and certified diamonds.
